A water-cooled condenser system installed in a private home, paired with a concealed ducted indoor unit hidden away in the loft. Rather than a wall-mounted unit on display, conditioned air is delivered through slim linear grilles set neatly into the bespoke joinery and ceiling, keeping the cooling completely out of sight.

Be Cool ran insulated flexible ductwork and condensate drainage through the roof void, connected the concealed fan coil, and finished the room with a wall-mounted Parkair controller. The result is discreet, even cooling that blends into the interior without spoiling the design.
