Insulation
We use high-density polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated panels in 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, or 120mm thickness depending on the operating temperature.
Flooring
Cold room floors need proper insulation and moisture barriers, particularly for freezer rooms where ground frost heave can be an issue. We advise on the right floor specification for your application.
Refrigeration type
Integral units (mounted on the cold room roof) are simple and cost-effective. Remote units (mounted outside the building) reduce noise and heat in the kitchen. We'll recommend the best option for your setup.
