Someone called me back first thing on Monday morning and sent a very polite, excellent engineer on Tuesday who fixed what has been a nagging problem for far too long. I would give you 100 stars and not just the standard 5. I very much appreciated the phone call giving me notice that the engineer would arrive in one hour. In this day and age a company with the Be Cool level of service is rare indeed. What’s more everyone I spoke to on the phone was charming, as was the engineer. Maintenance Contracts

All contracts include priority emergency response for any breakdowns between scheduled services, plus discounted repair rates.

How often should commercial fridges be serviced?
We recommend at least twice a year for most commercial environments. High-use equipment in hot kitchens or bakeries may benefit from quarterly servicing to stay on top of grease and dust build-up.
Can you service any brand?

What if something breaks between services?
All maintenance contract customers receive priority emergency response. If a fault develops between scheduled visits, call us and we will prioritise your repair ahead of non-contract customers.
