More expensive than the firm we previously used but I suspect also better work and more honest. Told me one of our units could not be serviced without accessing a hatch over stairs (never saw the previous guy go up there so have to conclude that unit was not serviced ...).

Used Be Cool to service our aircon on the roof of our loft. They coped well with the access challenges, using a long ladder. Pleasant and very conscious of using shoe covers etc.
