In this day and age a company with the Be Cool level of service is rare indeed. What’s more everyone I spoke to on the phone was charming, as was the engineer. What temperature should my cellar be?
The industry standard is 11 to 13°C for a mixed cellar serving both lager and cask ale. We can set up zones if you need different temperatures for different products.
How do I know if my cellar cooler needs replacing?
